CSA Core Members

Staff Members
Jeff S. (Co-President and Enrollment Coordinator)

Oversees the entire Downtown Harvest CSA operation, convenes and facilitates CSA meetings, creates meeting agenda, maintains communication among core group members, the farmer, and the membership, and leads the planning efforts of the CSA.

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for collecting all checks for payment to the farmer and administrative fees.  

 

 

Maria C. (Co-President and Volunteer Coordinator)

Oversees the entire Downtown Harvest CSA operation, convenes and facilitates CSA meetings, creates meeting agenda, maintains communication among core group members, the farmer, and the membership, and leads the planning efforts of the CSA.

As Volunteer Coordinator, she works to ensure that members contribute the agreed upon amount of volunteer time during the CSA season, coordinates the week schedule for members to volunteer at the distribution site. She makes adjustments in the schedule in the the event of discrepancies or conflicts in volunteer schedules. She shares the responsibility with other core members in overseeing the weekly volunteers at our pickup site.  

Phil P. (Site Manager and Treasurer)

The Site Manager overseas the distribution site. He is responsible for the distribution of vegetables every week including set up and site clean up. He shares the responsibility with the Volunteer Coordinator who oversees the weekly volunteers.    

The treasurer shall keep accounting of any monies raised and disbursed, collects and deposits checks, reports to the Core Group on account balances.

Judy C. (Secretary and Webmaster)

Assists the co-presidents in overseeing the entire Downtown Harvest CSA operation, helps create meeting agenda, maintains communication among core group members, the farmer, and the membership, and leads the planning efforts of the CSA.

Maintains our website, including structuring our member relationship management system for each season's enrollment and accounting.

 

Katia L. (Director of Social Media and Webmaster)

Manages our social media pages on a weekly basis. Maintains our website, including structuring our member relationship management system for each season's enrollment and accounting.
